i'm dr. paul nemeskal. i grew up in this area,right in danvers, i am a product of danvers high school. i went to college at tufts universityas an undergraduate. going into medicine was something i had thoughtabout a lot back in college and i veered away from that and always kind of regretted nothaving gone to medical school and eventually i came back to it. this required me to goback to tufts and do some more course work
and ultimately go to medical school at tuftsuniversity. i completed my residency locally, as well,at the leahy clinic and i am very excited to be coming back to danvers and practicingin the area where i grew up. there's a lot of options in medicine; thereare no other options that allow you to have
the relationship with patients that primarycare allows you to have. you really get to know them as people, and not get to know themas their heart problem or their knee problem. when i am not at work i have four childrenat home, two girls and two boys, who are very active playing sports.in addition, i enjoy coaching hockey in the
Endocrine And Diabetes Care Center,winter, both with my kids and i help out withthe local high school team. it's something that i've stayed active in since i was a kid.i find it very rewarding to come back and see all of these faces that i've known overthe years and feel like i've played an important part in their lives.
